Cancellation Policy

Frizé Frizé Mobile Service Policies Thank you for choosing Frizé Frizé. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both the client and stylist, please carefully review the policies below before booking. Mobile Service Environment Clients are responsible for providing: A clean, safe, and smoke-free environment Adequate lighting and space to perform the service comfortably Access to a chair and nearby electrical outlet A distraction-free environment whenever possible For health and safety reasons, Frizé Frizé reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate. Hair Preparation Policy Hair must be: Properly detangled Free from excessive product buildup Ready for the selected service unless otherwise discussed beforehand If excessive detangling is required, a Detangling Add-On Fee will automatically be added to the appointment based on the time and condition of the hair. Please refer to detangling add on service. Late Policy Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled appointment time. If the stylist arrives and must wait longer than 15 minutes, the appointment may: Be shortened, Rescheduled, Or canceled at the stylist’s discretion. Additional wait time fees may apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in: Loss of deposit, Partial cancellation fee, Or requirement of a new deposit before future bookings. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Travel Policy Frizé Frizé is a mobile service business. Travel fees may apply depending on location and distance. Additional travel charges may be added for: Long-distance appointments Difficult parking situations Early morning or late evening appointments Guests & Children To maintain a calm and efficient working environment, we kindly ask that unnecessary guests be limited during appointments.
