Terms & Conditions

Service Description

Frizé Frizé on the Go provides mobile hair services for clients at their preferred location (home, office, event, etc.). Services may include styling, wash & set, twist with natural hair which is a protective styles, and hair treatments as listed on the booking platform.

 

Booking & Confirmation

  • Appointments must be booked through the official booking system.

  • Clients will receive a confirmation message/email.

  • The appointment is only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.

 

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on the booking platform and may vary based on hair length, thickness.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
     

 

Travel & Location Fees

  • Travel fees may apply depending on distance from the stylist’s base location.

  • Clients must provide a safe and accessible location for service.

  • Additional fees may apply for parking, building access, or long travel.
     

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
     

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide a clean and safe space for service.

  • Ensure hair is fully detangled, a fee of $15.00  for every15 minutes the stylist spends detangling.

  • Notify the stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or hair concerns.

 

Service Limitations

  • Frizé Frizé on the Go reserves the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe or the client is under the influence.

 

Results & Expectations

  • Hair results depend on hair type, condition, and maintenance.

  • Frizé Frizé on the Go cannot guarantee identical results for every client.

  • Clients will receive aftercare guidance to maintain the style.

 

Liability

  • Frizé Frizé on the Go is not responsible for:

    • Damage caused by client’s previous chemical services or hair health issues

    • Client hair loss due to pre-existing conditions

    • Client injuries resulting from the service area/environment

Product Usage

  • The stylist may use products brought by the client or supplied by Frizé Frizé.

  • If the client provides their own products, the stylist is not responsible for reactions or outcomes.
     

 

Photography & Content

  • Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio or marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

  • Clients can opt out by informing the stylist before the service.
     

 

Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential.

  • Contact details are used only for booking and service communication unless permission is granted for marketing.
     

 

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be handled through direct communication.

  • If needed, disputes may be escalated to mediation before legal action.
     

 

Policy Updates

  • Terms & Conditions may change at any time.
     

  • Clients will be notified of updates via email or the booking platform.
